Hakomi Therapy is a body-centered psychotherapy based on the principle of non-violence, unity, body-mind-spirit wholism, and mindfullness.

By using the body, memories, and feelings, we can access the belief systems that were formed earlier, and basically run our experiences.

Once beliefs are conscious and accepted, there is room for them to shift into something more expansive and less limiting.
